App Privacy Policy

Earth Intelligence ("we," "us," "our") values your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We collect limited personal information when you create an account for our mobile apps or web apps. This includes your name and email address, which are used to identify your account and allow you to sign in. We also collect basic usage data related to your account and app activity. This includes information such as account sign-up and sign-in events, your most recent sign-in date, feature usage, and general interaction data within the app. In addition, we collect basic app usage and diagnostic data, such as how long the app is used, which features are accessed, and general device information like app version, operating system, and language. We may also collect crash reports and performance data to help identify and fix technical issues. This information is used to improve stability and is not used for advertising.
2. What We Don't Collect
We do not collect payment information, precise location data, sensitive personal data, or contact lists. We do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not show ads and do not sell your data.
3. How We Use Data
The data we collect is used to operate and improve our services. This includes creating and managing user accounts, maintaining secure access, improving app performance, understanding feature usage, fixing bugs, and planning future updates.
4. Data Sharing
We may use trusted third-party services for infrastructure, analytics, or crash reporting. These providers only process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We never sell data or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data Retention
Account information (name and email) is retained while your account remains active. Usage, analytics, and diagnostic data may be kept for up to 13–24 months. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed or when an account is deleted, unless retention is required by law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect the data we collect, including encryption and restricted access. While no system is completely secure, we continually work to protect your information.
7. Your Choices
You may update or delete your account information through the app where available. You can also control analytics collection through your device's privacy settings. Deleting the app or your account stops further data collection associated with that account.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can delete it.
9. International Use
If you use our services outside your home country, your data may be processed in other regions. We handle all data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
